My payment was declined, what should I do?
We are sorry to hear you are having issues paying.
At Cooksongold, payment is taken once the order has been prepped and processed, right before it is ready to go out for delivery.
If your payment method fails at this point of the process, we will get in touch with you via email, where you can then either provide us with an alterative payment method or advise us to try the same card again- If you don't get in touch with us after 10 days, your order will be cancelled.
