Can I pick up my order from a Cooksongold store?

Yes! You can pick up your order from either our London Hatton Garden store  or Birmingham Jewellery Quarter store, using our click&collect service.

Simply select the Collect for Free option in the Delivery Details box on the checkout page.

On the next screen you'll then be asked to choose:

• Your collection location,

• A date for collection

• A time of collection

To collect your order, please make a note of your order reference number and bring it with you when you collect. We'll ask you to pay when you come and collect your order.
