What do I need to melt fine gold grain down into a solid lump bar?

The easiest and cheapest way of making a relatively small number of small ingots is to  make a mould using a charcoal block (Our product code 999 970). This can be hollowed out to make an ingot shape.
Fine gold grain can then be introduced into this cavity and then melted using a torch. I would suggest a Sievert torch set-up  with a powerful head such as 999 ALD or 999 ATW.
This should result in a cast ingot being produced with minimal losses.
