Can I exchange an item?

If you are returning an item within 30 days and would like an exchange, then the following process will apply:

  • You will need to return the item with a return form
  • A credit will be raised for the returned item
  • A new order will then be raised for the new product
    if paying by credit or debit card, we will contact you for payment
  • If you request an exchange, as the item received was faulty, then this is normally processed within one working week.
