How do I return faulty items?

For items that have been received faulty/ developed a fault, in the first instance, contact our customer service team on either 0345 100 1122 or 0121 200 2120. Alternatively, email us on info@cooksongold.com and we will advise the steps to take.

This will depend on the item and when this was purchased as it may have to go back to our supplier for testing. If the item returned is not faulty, the cost of the postage will be deducted from the credit.
